I spent quite some time doing research about Nerdfighteria for my thesis and I created this blog because I wanted to have a space in which to share what I found. I really admire this community, and I wanted to share some of the reasons why I find it so unique.

After the thesis was done I, along with my supervisors Dr. Piet Kommers, and Dr. Ardion Beldad (professors at the University of Twente, in the Netherlands), divided it up into two articles: one published by the Computers in Human Behavior Journal (you can access it here), and the other published by the International Journal of Web Based Communities (which you can see here).
